SOLID is an established residential and light commercial construction labor company that has been serving builders across the Metro for more than 30 years. We are an efficient, safety, and quality driven company looking for like-minded carpenters to join us for year-round work!

POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a highly experienced deck foreman who has spent at least five years building custom decks. Someone who can read and understand and implement deck plans ranging from simple 14 x 14 cedar decks with simple railings to multi-tiered trex or ironwood decks with multiple stairs and complicated railing systems. Must be ready to have references that can be called to verify your work as well as examples of the type of decks you have built.

Requirements:

- Must have ample experience working with all manner of deck finishes, decking, railings and stairs. This is mandatory!

- Complete a background check

- Pass a drug test, physical, and job simulation assessment

- Have a valid driver's license & reliable transportation
