SENIOR HOUSING MAINTENANCE/CARETAKER PERSON

Forty-two unit complex needing general cleaning of common areas and light maintenance needs of residents. Duties include, but are not limitied to the following;

Includes light snow removal and lawn mowing.

Includes repairing and painting apartments when someone moves out.

General maintenance knowledge is required.

People skills and good communication are a must.

Background check is mandatory.

This is a part-time position and other employment is ok. The number of hours per week varies depending on the needs of the residents, as well as the work outside.
