RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Business Analyst.Responsibilities: Business Analyst will gather data from various sources and compile as a single source Design, develop and maintain reports and dashboards to drive key business decisions Identify trends and areas for operational improvement in the business through data visualization and dashboard building As a Business Analyst, you will steward data by troubleshooting data quality through data cleansing and validation Proactively seek opportunities to broaden and deepen skill set, including a deep understanding of industry and company data The Business Analyst will perform additional responsibilities as assigned by leadershipREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in related fields 3+ years of experience in data analytics/report development preferred Experience with SQL and reporting tools Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong intellectual curiosity and proactive willingness to learn new skills and software to advance analytical capabilities Flexible and willing to adjust to changing business needsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
