HVAC Residential Technicians - Career Opportunity!

SMARTHOUSE HEATING & COOLING has two opportunities available for experienced HVAC Service Technicians (Residential)

Here's what we look for

1) You are technically skilled and experienced in the diagnosis and repair of a wide range of residential equipment. You enjoy learning, keep your knowledge current and take pride in being at the top of your profession.

2) You have either a St. Louis County license or a minimum of + 5 years of in-field HVAC service and installation experience with a licensed HVAC company.

3) You present a professional demeanor and focus on client needs in a kind, empathetic and communicative manner.

4) You are honest, diligent, polite, communicative and a team player.

If you meet these qualifications then we know you deserve the best pay and benefits

- Great Pay consistent with Experience! $44 to $56 per hour for licensed technicians and $32 to $42 + per hour for apprentices depending on skills and experience.

- A guaranteed paycheck all year. No sitting at home on a slow week without a paycheck for at least 30 hours (26 for apprentices)!

- Benefits including Health Insurance and up to 5 weeks Paid Time Off.

- 401 (k) Retirement Plan with 6% company match.

- Overtime paid daily after 8 hours worked for licensed technicians.
