Description of WorkProvide administrative support for the Biological Systems Engineering graduate committee including correspondence with potential and future graduate students; student applicant file evaluation and tracking; maintenance of graduate program database and website; assignment(s) of graduate student offices; coordination of new student welcome. Overall knowledge of office technology and word processing, database, and spreadsheet software necessary. Demonstrated grammar, spelling, punctuation, editing and verbal communication skills essential.Preferred QualificationsAssociate’s degree in business or closely related field preferred.UNLexperience desirable.
