Role OverviewAs a Lead Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding Freshworks' presence within the Mid-Market and Enterprise segment. You will manage the complete sales cycle, build executive relationships, and consistently deliver against revenue targets.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new logo acquisition and exceed revenue targets.Build and manage a strong pipeline through strategic prospecting and account planning.Lead complex sales cycles from discovery through closure.Develop trusted relationships with C-level and senior business stakeholders.Understand customer challenges and position Freshworks solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes.Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams to drive successful customer engagements.Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene.Travel as required to support customer and business needs.
