Description:TEKsystems is currently looking to bring on 2 coordinators that can help job creation tickets and organization within the P2 tool. Our customer is transitioning, planning, & designing responsibilities to a newly formed division design team. The new P2 team will perform job creations, tracking, change management, and ticket closing. (P2 is the client's internal tool based on Salesforce platform use for design and construction)Skills:it service, sales force, excel database, excel data entryTop Skills Details:1. Basic understanding of IT principles or the Cable industry (networking, servers, internet) - construction knowledge is a plus 2. 2-5+ years of experience with Salesforce 3. Experience and proficient working within Microsoft Excel (familiar with pivot tables, v look ups, reading charts, data etc)Additional Skills & Qualifications:ProfessionalismExperience working with key internal stakeholdersComfortable with customer service Good written and verbal communication skills.Experience Level:Entry LevelAbout TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
