Kelly Services Is looking to hire a Maitntench Tech in a busy Pharmesutical companyType-Direct HirePay-25 an hourTime 8:00 AM- 5:00PM must be flexibleThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for the daily activities of maintaining the (CNC) production equipment.Reasponsibilities:

Control the supply of operating consumables for machines

Document work performed and report incidents and variances

Guide, motivate and teach teams of mechanics

Validate and test new equipment following SOP, FDA and ISO standards

Reduce production equipment downtime

Able to read schematics including electrical diagrams, pneumatic diagrams and hydraulic diagrams

Able to troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic system problems in CNC machinery

Able to diagnose faulty sensors, relays, motor starters, breakers, etc. within CNC equipment and replace when needed

Must be able to initiate a plan of action and make decisions independently

Good written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:

5 years work experience preferably in pharmaceutical or medical device industry

Proven experience with analog and digital instrumentation

Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, SPC

Confidence in working with latest, state-of-the-art technology
