Description Immediate need for highly-skilled Customer Service Representatives. This could be the long-term contract / temporary to hire Customer Service Representative position you're looking for, if you can work in Riverdale, New Jersey!Your responsibilitiesRetrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications

By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

Handle incoming telephone calls

Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

Requirements

Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

Strong communication and social skills

Adeptness in customer service

Microsoft Excel experience preferred

Proficiency in Numeric 6,000 - 8,000 KPH

Solid understanding of Alpha 6,000 - 8,000 kph

Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
