We are seeking a Dental Office Manager for Full Time for our beautiful dental practice in the Cherry Hill , NJ We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring, energetic individual with great communication skills to join our dental team. Dental experience as a treatment coordinator or office manager is required of 2-3 years. Knowledge of Dental Software is a plus. You will be responsible for overall management of team while coordinating schedule to production and collection goals.

As our Office Manager, you would be responsible for all front office operations. Your duties would include but not be limited to the following:

Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.

Responsible for accounts payables and receivables.

Experienced Insurance Coordinator- including Medicaid and HMOs-

entering payments, Insurance Aging Report , verifying benefits ,etc.

Schedule new and follow-up appointments.

Creating treatment plans and presentations and closes.

Providing training and development support to ensure all staff demonstrates knowledge of our business model, operating procedures and protocols.

Responding to clinical and operational concerns timely and effectively. Be accessible and responsive.

Supporting the achievement of performance targets & budgeted goals.

-Sound decision-making skills, drive and desire to succeed.

-Areas of competence include the use of dental computer software (scheduling appointments, hospitality, and email.
