PrimeTime Energy is currently seeking 5 individuals to add to our team. Weatherization of older homes is our primary focus. We are looking for professionals that take their job serious and treat every customers home with respect. BPI crew leaders with certifications will be given first opportunity and pay is very negotiable for those candidates. We are looking for the best people we can find and train them to stay with us for a career. PLEASE no 2nd job seekers or short term "something to do types"

The positions available are the following:

Laborer - Simply pick up /clean up job sites. Move materials and ladders around site along with assist crew with any misc tasks that is needed daily.

Pay rate is 12-13 per hour to start

Cellulose crew leader- Run a crew of 3 team members to insulate and weatherize homes. This position requires experience in the construction industry. You must have the knowledge to properly air seal a building, Remove and install various siding types along with ability to follow a work scope to a tee.

Pay rate is 18-22 per hour to start

Cellulose crew - work along side the crew leader to dense pak and/or open blow attics and walls. This position does not require allot of experience but construction background is preferred .

Pay rate is 14-17 to start

Spray foam installer- We primarily install closed cell foam in Rim joist, crawl spaces and attic roof decks. Some larger wall work and odd shapes like tanks or freezers also come in time to time . Someone who has experience spraying is definitely needed as it takes skill it perform this properly.

Pay rate is negotiable with experience 20-25

HVAC Installer/helper- Assist our Lead installer with day to day HVAC Duties. Experiance of some kind in this field is a must.

Pay is determined by experience and certs 13-25

You must be a team player and willing to assist other trades or crews when needed.

Full time 40 hours + per week
