I am extremely proud to represent this remarkably talented, compassionate team of professional nurses.”/ - Donna Kirker Chief Nursing OfficerPosition Summary: RN- Assistant Nurse Manager PACUThe Assistant Nurse Manager in collaboration with the Nurse Manager, plans, organizes, directs and actively participates in the nursing care of patients, works with the multi-disciplinary team to manage the day-to-day operations of the service. This includes problem solving, coordination of assignments and patient placement, staffing, CI activities, facilitation of staff competency, validation and performance monitoring. The Assistant Nurse Manager acts as a role model and a mentor to staff.Benefits:

Qualifications:

Three years of relevant clinical experience required

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required

Graduation from a Registered Professional Nursing Program.

Current license and registration to practice Registered Professional Nursing in New York State

Current BLS certification
