Maintenance Man

Local to Cortland maintenance man with tools and transportation needed. The hourly pay is based on ability and speed. Monday-Friday up to 8hrs a day. Weekends/evenings for rare emergencies. Knowledge of renovating homes such as painting, basic plumbing and electrical repairs, sheetrock, vinyl flooring and other general maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

● Perform residential multi-family property maintenance (replace light fixtures, switches, outlets etc.)

● Perform basic maintenance of plumbing systems (replace and repair valves, toilets, faucets, drains and other basic plumbing systems)
