Salesforce Technical Subject Matter Expert - Remote (must be East Coast) - 150 k base NO sponsorship - / ONLY As a Subject Matter Expert, you will support all phases of product implementation. This includes representing us as a technical expert, analyzing and documenting customer business requirements, performing the role of a developer focused on data and product integration per customer requirements, and authoring technical documentation. This position will interact with various levels of management and will have great visibility both internally and externally. Required Skills Excellent analytical, logical, presentation and interpersonal communication skills 5+ years of proven experience in an analytical and technical role 2+ years of Development experience within the Salesforce (SFDC) platform (APEX, Visualforce, triggers) Experience developing and writing functional and design specifications for SOAP and REST Web Services Ability to lead projects, manage multiple tasks involved in meeting deadlines and deliverables Operate with a high degree of self-sufficiency in assigned tasks. Assist with Computer System Validation (CSV) and related documentation Participate in department tasks, such as peer code reviews and other relevant tasks for the better good of the department. Preferred Skills Familiarity with any database management system (DBMS) such as Oracle and/or MS SQL Server is a plus Experience with CRM, ERP or other tracking software systems with a systems integration area of focus Communicate regularly with stakeholders and escalation resources to manage project expectations Provide leadership for junior and partner developer resources Exposure to Agile/Scrum development process
