Project Coordinator for swimming pool and masonry company

Busy swimming pool company is looking to hire a project coordinator. This position involves speaking with clients to give and receive relevant information throughout the project, filing permits, performing quality control inspections, as well as meeting with crew captains, installers, designers, and other professionals to ensure that all phases of each project are executed smoothly. Job duties also include collecting reviews, putting up signage on jobsites, and acting as a general representative of the company

We are installers and renovators of swimming pools, patios, and all their related components. We pride ourselves on excellence, and are looking for additional team members that can take pride in a job well done.

The position is full time, with 50% in-office and 50% in-field, overseeing projects, delivering samples, meeting with suppliers, etc.

Interested parties should have 3+ years of relevant experience in the swimming pool, masonry, or similar construction field.

Must speak fluent english, have a valid driver’s license, and be neat and organized.

Salary based on experience and abilities.
