Greet and acknowledge all residents and announce all guests.

Monitor and announce visitors and control access to property.

Review access control cameras and report any suspicious activity.

Provide residents services included, but not limited to: Package handling, dry cleaning acceptance and retrieval, transportation options, coordinating housekeeping and other specific services (for example: dog walking) and additional requests upon demand.
