NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Business Analyst with 5+ years of business analysis experience that includes elicitation, analysis, management, and communication of business and solution requirements. The preferred candidate will have a solid work history of delivering superior business analysis and consulting services in life science and/or other industries. The candidate should be capable of seeing ideas from concept through to implementation and applying a formal business analysis methodology based on industry best practices to accomplish the task. The position requires an individual with exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), superior facilitation and presentation skills, and strong analytical capabilities. An understanding of the IIBA's Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge and CCBA or CBAP certification is preferred. In this role the Senior Business Analyst will be required to:Uncover the goals, needs, and opportunities for improvementClient, document and analyze business processes at varying levels of detailElicit requirements from a diverse set of business and technical stakeholdersAnalyze and document requirements using graphic and text-based techniques (activity diagrams, use cases, user stories, etc) to create requirements deliverablesManage, communicate, and represent requirements throughout the life of a projectEvaluate the solutions ability to meet the needs of the business and deliver value.Analyze the impact of technical and non-technical changes across an enterpriseCollaborate with business analysts working across various projects to ensure requirements quality and avoid missed requirementsMentor and manage junior business analystsBasic Qualifications:5+ years of business analysis experience that includes elicitation, analysis, management, and communication of business and solution requirements3+ years of experience where you were responsible for optimizing stakeholder participation, buy-in, support and agreement while minimizing redundancy3+ years of life science experience with one or more of the following2+ years of experience managing, leading or mentoring junior business analysts3-5 years of clinical development experience is required Major consulting firm with a life science industry focus.Mid to large life science company
