job summary:About the Role The DevOps Team plays a critical role in keeping the production and development environments running smoothly and securely. This person will be wearing multiple hats in a highly visible role interacting with all aspects of the business. Responsibilities

• Handle periodic operational tasks such as onboarding external clients and troubleshooting SFTP connectivity.
• Improve operational efficiency by automating manual tasks.
• Help build and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud Platform) with an infrastructure-as-code mentality.
• Enhance metrics-gathering and monitoring of the environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of DevOps, TechOps or SRE experience with Cloud (preferably AWS) experience
• Confident working in a Linux terminal environment and scripting with bash
• Experience with Docker is a plus
• Experience or exposure to Ruby or Python is a plus
• strong verbal and written communication skills
• A desire to share, teach, and learn as part of a collaborative team
• Ability to design and implement complex, but easily managed infrastructure and automate it from the ground up

As we plan to re-enter our offices in 2021, we will offer most employees the flexibility to work remotely one to two days a week. Every department has different needs, and some positions will be designated in-office jobs, based on their function.
