This New York company is an AI driven insights for discount and loyalty programs from small to medium sized brick and mortar companies. Here they are looking for a Senior Engineer/ Technical lead to work on their core platform, who's strong on the restful API side, solving complex network issues, and designing systems. Ideally a Python Engineer, but someone who has worked in multiple coding environments. Strong infrastructure experience is a plus. You'll be mentoring 2 to 3 junior engineers, making sure they hit their daily tasks. Can pay around the $180k base mark with an equity plan. This is a hybrid role.
