They help Doctors and Nurses search for flexible options by price, location, and more. The healthcare staffing industry has grown to be over complicated with many layers. My client is solving this problem by making it simple, straight forward, and a more direct path to the decision makers.They're in need of a Senior UX Designer to join the team! You would be focusing on designing for the demand side platform, that manages and visualizes all of the new incoming and available jobs for health professionals. You would be completely owning the product too! This client has a very strong priority for design as a whole, and design first thinking.Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for the demand side product
- Help curate the culture on this new Product Design team (2 other designers right now, will be at 7 total by EOY)
- Conducting research to drive design decisions
- Encouraging/promoting best design practices within the company
- At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a UX Designer
- Proficient in Sketch or InVision (They are switching to Figma soon)
- Experience designing a product from early stage to launch
- True end to end design experience
- Ideally B2B or Internal product design experience
- Stakeholder management experience
- Compensation:
- Up to $150,000 - $170,00/year DOE
