job summary:Position Summary: The Developer, SFR Quantitative Strategies will be part of a team that is supporting and developing applications that are advancing the Single-Family Rental industry. Essential Functions:

  • Support and new development for existing apps (Java/Spring/Hibernate/Vaadin)
  • Sourcing data and designing data capture (SQL Server/MongoDB)
  • Using in house analytic platforms and libraries to value and bid portfolios
  • Evaluate and integrate third party analytics and data
  • Help with migration of apps from on-premise onto AWS

  • Undergraduate degree in a numerate subject preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with databases and OO programming
  • strong communication-speak, write and present clearly and professionally, present data effectively
  • Initiative -take ownership and accountability, seek out and/or accept additional responsibilities, able to work towards goals independently with little need for supervision
