Position: Technical AnalystLocation: Charlotte, NC (Remote in Covid)Duration: 12 Months ContractDescription

• Work with business stakeholders on solution requirement including mapping business process, establishing project scope and goals.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure requirements are clear and delivered successfully.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solution design is optimized for efficiency.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and be able to influence business and technical stakeholders towards a common objective.
• Develop, execute and manage the project plan, and take corrective actions when project deviates from plan.
• Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure smooth cutover during schedule releases.
• Work with business and production management teams to prioritize and resolve critical production issues.
• Initiate User Requests (Request for Service) for enhancements on behalf of the business
• Understand data requirement documentation and define mapping between logical data model and physical data model , SQL queries
• Collaborating with project team, IT functions and vendors to ensure that business data requirement are fulfilled by the proposed solution
• Coordinate with technical team to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Providing support during project development & testing
• Familiarity with financial products-Listed and OTC Derivatives , Trade Reporting Life Cycle
• Experience in JIRA/Confluence/Agile/Scrum practices is a plus.

• Agile BA / Scrum
• Gap Analysis and Requirement design in Agile development methodology
• Communication Interfaces and messaging protocols between applications: New: Rest API (JSON)s, legacy -> MQ, XML/SOAP(WSDL)
• Branch tech knowledge with devices integration (experience with PCI compliant pin pad, thermal and teller printer, scanner, signature pad integration) will be another advantage
• Ability to understand Architecture, Interface, Data mapping diagrams
