Job Title: eCommerce Site Operations Analyst Location: Charlotte, NC Industry: Retail Terms: Full time - Direct Placement Requirements: eCommerce, Jira, Service Now or comparable ticketing system eCommerce Site Operations Analyst Summary : We are looking for an experienced and talented eCommerce Site Operations Analyst to join one our client's eCommerce Team, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. eCommerce Site Operations Analyst Responsibilities:
- Analyze web metrics and results to improve the website content, features and functionality
- Partner with the eCommerce design teams to enhance customer experience through the implementation of new functionality.
- Execute user acceptance testing with our customers and other stakeholders
- Assisting with the execution and oversite of website taxonomy, category structure and key online tools such as product recommendations or related products
- Assists with business validation testing on new capabilities and enhancements
- Contact for the customer service
- Reporting on site performances and suggested improvements based on the measured data
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or related field
- At least 3+ years of experience in eCommerce site operations within a B2C or B2B environment
- Experience in the planning and execution of eCommerce/website deployments
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and or Hybris is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present information to all levels are required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages a plus
