Engineering Scheduler Asset Management
Job Description
The focusof this role is to support the Work Management process by ensuring that all approved work is completed on time. The main functions will include:
Maintenance Scheduling
You will review the Work Order Task Status Report on a daily basis as well as schedule newly approved work and assist in setting the schedule as well as track upcoming work.This is to ensurethat we minimize the impact on operating performance
Reporting
Weekly and monthly reporting, detailing scheduled versus actual maintenance activities and resource usage.
You will require strong attention to detail in this position.
This role is in the Planningdepartment at a C5 level and reportsinto theAsset Management Coordinator.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science
Your experience will include:
- 3-5 years Planned Maintenance experience
- MS Office proficiency
- SAP PM experience
Additional Information
- The successful candidate will need to undergo a Medical Fitness Test
- Code 8 driver license
- Basic artisan Training Module (advantageous)
