In return, we’ll help you build a career that you can feel passionate about.Job SummaryWe are seeking aInternal Communications Specialist for our Corporate Communications Group located at ourWilmington, MAlocation.The following are responsibilities related to the Internal Communications Specialist: Develop content and implement internal communication strategies and plans that engage, align and inspire employees with Charles River’s vision and business strategy and drive employees' understanding of and engagement with Charles River’s priorities and key initiatives. Develop and publish content using electronic tools, including Sharepoint, Poppulo, and Digital Signage.The following are minimum qualifications related to the Internal Communications Specialist position:

Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in communications, web technologies, marketing or related discipline.

Two or more years related experience in corporate communications with a focus on internal audiences and content and digital channel development.

Excellent writing and marketing skills required; marketing. Proficiency in creating word-processed documents, spreadsheets and presentations required.SharePoint, PowerPoint and other digital platform skills preferred.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
