Execute on line review, securities collateral management, subordination, modification, and other servicing activities for the bank's direct to consumer segment to ensure comprehensive, systematic risk management consistent with the Bank's defined risk appetite and framework.Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.Translate risk appetite into prudent risk processes through effective policies, procedures and limits.

Execute on daily, weekly, and monthly tasks related to portfolio management such as running databases, producing reports, and evaluating lines of credit for suspension.

Decision requests for subordinations, modifications, and line of credit reinstatements.

Provide "end-to-end" execution of risk analytics projects, including support for resulting implementation/ systems projects.

Ensure accurate collateral monitoring and timely reporting for the collateral monitoring system.

Communicate and coordinate with the Retail Community Bank for additional client information, recommendations for account status changes, restructure, preparation and processing of adverse action notices, and responses to client inquiries regarding account changes.

Conduct special projects as requested, such as guideline assisting underwriting when necessary, reviewing the loan servicing platform for issues, and special risk analysis.

Monitor the review of lines of credit to ensure consistency in the Line Review process.

QUALIFICATIONSRequired Qualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. 5+ years of large bank experience with emphasis in loan administration and credit risk management

Strong credit and analytical skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of bank operations/systems

Experience in a multi-project work environment

Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree, equivalent additional education or related training

Graduate of higher level banking school or involvement in industry groups
