Mid-Sized Property in Kernersville looking for a Maintenance tech.

We are looking for a maintenance technician for a mid-sized property in Kernersville. Must be able to work well with others. Full time position with alternating emergency on call.

Must have a good understanding of A/C and heat

Must have an understanding of light electrical (installing light fixtures, fans, changing outlets etc.). Must have an understanding of light plumbing (putting in sink faucets, toilets, snaking a drain, etc.). Additional training is offered if needed.

We are looking for someone with a great work ethic, and for someone who has an understanding of a maintenance position.

Insurance available after 90 days, pay based on experience, paid vacation days, and free apartment available if needed.
