Our missionWe are looking for an enthusiastic Mid-Market / New Business Sales Executive to contribute in generating sales for our company.What will your role be?As an effective Mid-Market / New Business Sales Executive, you will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. You must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. You must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.What will your day consist of?Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our market share within business information servicesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities with a focus on C-level decision-makers in target companiesManage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfactionCollaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth implementation of client solutionsAnalyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategiesPrepare and deliver comprehensive business proposals and demonstrations to potential clientsMaintain accurate sales forecasts and report on key performance indicatorsParticipate in and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferencesContinuously expand your knowledge of business information products and services to provide expert guidance to clientsWhat will your responsibilities be?Achieving monthly target (that consists of sales to new and existing clients),Commit to departmental and individual KPI/ goals (talk time, answered calls, offers, meetings etc.), that may vary.
