This role IS WEEKENDS ONLY!Job Summary: The Application Analyst role is integral to our fast-paced, lean, and flexible environment and has a lot of opportunity for growth and knowledge transfer to new employees. This position will help cover Saturday and Sunday shifts as well as partial weekday coverage. We are looking for individuals that meet some, or all, of the following requirements detailed below. Essential Functions:

  • Communicates with internal business members to provide tier 1-2 support with order, account and product inquiries.
  • Utilize Service request management system to provide support and track requests for both internal and external customers.
  • Build strong relationships with the users and your IT / Business Development team members
  • Monitoring and maintaining the internal business applications (Prowess and ZenDesk).
  • Set up / administer service accounts and application scheduled tasks.
  • Creates user documentation and assist with training personnel on applications and procedures.
  • Assists with developing business application policies and procedures as required
  • Troubleshoot system related problems. Coordinates with relevant co-workers and/or third-party vendors regarding user support and problem resolution.

Qualifications:
  • Desire and ability to work Saturdays and Sundays
  • Understanding of DSA and/or multi-level marketing business model; preferably genealogy, incentive, and compensation plans
  • Proficiency in T-SQL highly desirable; ability to write queries and DML statements to look up and alter data.
2+ years Customer service or application support experience
