$25-48 per hour Commercial Door Technician/Installer

Commercial door, service, and installation technician

Must have knowledge and experience of:

- Instilling exit device hardware, rim, concealed, vertical rods, and surface mount vertical rods

- Installing dead latches, hook bolts and swing bolts

- Installing door closers

- Cylindrical and Mortise lock set installation

- Electric door locking hardware installation, electric surface mounted, “cut in” strikes latch retraction and Magnetic locks

- Installing door, locking mechanical hardware

- Installation of service of door, hinges, pivot hinges surface hinges

- Installation of hollow metal doors and knockdown frames

$32-$48 per hour 8am-4pm must have clean drivers license and reliable transportation drug testing required.

Your own tools and a smart phone are required as well as working knowledge of service channel and related apps are necessary. Good quality work is required
