- Planning capacity for all work, prioritizing, entering AC, and escalating.
- Communicate on their behalf in planning meetings and re-work conversations.
- Must be comfortable with editing stories in JIRA
- Keep people on track
- Ask questions about capacity, ETAs, blockers
- Find problems early by asking targeted questions and listening for key phrases
- Monitor slack and email
- Update other RTEs, PMs, SMs, on escalations, blockers
- Help dev team/PO on email (Morpheus SM)
- Managing test cycles
- JIRA
- Facilitation
- Strong comm skills
- Experienced Scrum Master in large-scaled environments
- Attention to detail
- RTE role familiarity
- Understanding of PI Planning
- Willingness to work at 6am in order to reach global teams
