Nutrien Ag Solutions is the world's largest crop input company, providing materials to farmers around the world. Our locations in Salem and Rickreall are both looking for a motivated team player to add to our operations team. As a warehouse specialist, attention to detail, safety, reliability, and communication are key.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ship, receive, process, and verify orders

Maintains and accounts for inventory

Providing excellent customer service to growers and the community

Compliance with all Safety, Environmental and Operating Standards

Competent operation of all plant systems including computer programs

Monitors and oversees quality control of the blended product

Engages in Preventative Maintenance Program on equipment

To load or assist in loading and unloading trucks or trailers

To handle company owned equipment in a safe and efficient manner

Setting up equipment

Housekeeping duties

To be able to lift and move up to 75 pounds

Other duties as assignedDesired skills:

Detail oriented

Basic computer skills

Mechanic skills

Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, problem solving, math, and organizational skills

Strong customer service skillsQualifications:

Valid driver's license is required

Must use tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers

Must be responsible with equipment and vehicles

Have general knowledge of warehouse procedures

Ability to work Saturdays and overtime hours required

Must be dependable, reliable, and mature enough to handle equipment safely

As a safety-sensitive employee, must pass substance abuse screening, and subject to random and other required substance abuse screening as per company policy.

Ability to read and write English

Experience in agriculture is desired, but not requiredBenefits include:
