IMMEDIATE NEED FOR A full time, clerical/customer service position in Albany. Must have proven customer service experience with a CRS system. Will be taking incoming calls, responding to emails, taking detailed messages. Position requires the ability to multi task, take and follow direction, strong attention to detail, and a positive, team oriented attitude.

Mon-Fri 9a - 5:30p, 1/2 hr lunch.
