A fleet mechanic for our trucking. 15 trucks and over 30 trailers.

A very experienced welder/plumbing and all purpose employee. We create and build most all of our own supplies.

Very open to how we fill this position. Can be someone who is green but eager to learn. Can also be someone who has plenty of experience with either complete diesel engine overhauls, front end loader experience and tractors. Could be someone who has a knack from refrigeration, vacuums, airlines and a variety of other intricate things. Our crew has a ton of over lapping responsibilities so applicant would preferably fall right into a similar role. How we shape the job is dependent on the applicants skills and how they fit in with our current guys.

Someone with a knack for welding would is almost a must with this position. We need guys who can weld on the side. Not a full time thing, but have the skill set to help knock out big projects for the farm. A team player who is willing to jump in a truck and help out with harvest would be a huge bonus.

Wage will vary greatly depending on applicant. $18-$26/hour
