Rate of Pay:

- Rate of pay will be determined upon how much experience you have in which area. We are looking for long term employees, so stride to pay our employees more than average for the knowledge and effort you are being hired for.

Requirements:

- Knowledge: 2 year of experience in Hardscaping or landscaping

- License: Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

- Physically Able: To physically meet required endurance and able to lift what is needed to complete the jobs.

- Hours: Normal hours are Monday-Friday, but must be able to work overtime or weekends if needed.

- Driving and operating knowledge: Able to drive truck with trailer, operate skid loaders, mini excavators, laser

level, and all smaller tools needed to run a crew and complete a job start to finish.

- Excavation: If you have extensive knowledge in machinery operating or excavation, please list in more detail.

- Hardscaping: Experience in building paver patios, retaining wall, outdoors kitchens, and other various

hardscape projects.

- Landscaping: Experience in landscaping installation or mowing if applying for those positions. Please list areas

of knowledge.

- Construction or Masonry: If you have any construction or masonry experience, please list in more detail items

you can do efficiently with no training.

- Foreman Knowledge: Knowledge of how to read plans, lay jobs out and plan jobs, andinstallper product specs

or industry standards. Whether per code or ICPI standards. List out any certification you have in any areas.

- Managing and leading jobs and employees: Must be able to manage jobs so they meet deadlines, and also are

done at the highest quality. Must be able to communicate well with crew to make sure they understand in detail

what is going on.

- Trucks and equipment: Must be able to take care of trucks, equipment, and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Wage: $12.00 to $23.00 /hour
