This full-time position is responsible for assisting customers with wide variety of rental equipment, including explaining and demonstrating use and features. Additional responsibilities include using computer to reserve equipment and create rental contracts; delivering rentals to customers’ homes and maintaining and cleaning equipment. The position involves some counter work - some shop work. Outstanding customer service skills are required. In addition, qualified candidates must be at least 18 years of age; have basic computer skills; ability to regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift/move up to 100 lbs. and the desire to learn. Equipment knowledge or mechanical aptitude is preferred. A valid PA Driver’s License is necessary to drive/deliver equipment using 17’ trailer as well as the ability to obtain a Medical Examiner’s Certificate for the operation of certain vehicles. Position will work every other Saturday and several evenings per week.
