You are passionate about fitness. You walk the talk. Simply put, you live the life of fitnessyou're in great shape and a role model for our clients.

You are a great motivator. Awesome personality, sense of humor, infectious energy & positive outlook. We're a family. We get to know everyone in our gym on a personal level so we can coach them better. A fun, upbeat personality that can get along with just about anyone is essential. Rapport building & soft skills are absolute must-have qualities. We're also 100% positive, 100% of the time. We don't have bad days.

You care about helping people. Good conversation skills & high service standards. You'll be talking with people in person, so good conversation skills & a high-level service attitude are a must.

You have the desire to grow as a professional. Humble & willing to learn. No one knows everything. Egos are checked at the door. You need to have the drive to continually improve your personal mastery of the fitness industry.

You a good team member. Organized, detail oriented & technology friendly. High standards are going to be an important part of the job. Willing to go the extra mile. You are within a 30-minute drive or willing to relocate. Logistically, it just makes sense.

Skills/Qualifications: Personal Training certification and/or experience preferred; National Certification or related degree. ACSM, NASM, ISSA, ACE certified or are currently working to obtain one. If you have a degree in a related field but not a certification, that's good too. (If you don't have a certification, still reach out to us! We'll consider training a person who impresses us with their potential and attitude. And help you reach your professional goals through a certification.) CPR, First Aid & AED certification required.
