We’re seeking a skilled cook who specializes in assembling and deep-frying sandwiches, especially chicken sandwiches. You'll be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients, breading and frying proteins, and assembling sandwiches to order.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and marinate chicken to company recipe specs

Bread and deep-fry chicken using commercial fryers

Toast buns, assemble sandwiches, and plate or package orders

Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards

Keep kitchen stations stocked and organized

Requirements:

Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen (preferably with fryer work)

Ability to follow recipes and timing accurately

Strong attention to food safety and hygiene

Team-oriented with good communication skills

Preferred:

Experience in quick-service restaurants like Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, or similar
