Help Desk Lead - REMOTE Are you looking for your next leadership opportunity? One of my top clients in Massachusetts is in the process of building out their IT team and are currently looking to add a Help Desk Lead. This is a brand-new position for the organization, and they are looking for a candidate who is able to come in and hit the ground running. While working as the Help Desk Lead, you will responsible for managing a team of 2 Analysts. This is a fully remote opportunity that will require occasional travel once it is deemd safe to do so. This organization places a tremendous emphasis on growing from within and are looking for a candidate who is able to stay with the company for the long run.The ideal candidate for this opportunity has:
- Incredible verbal and nonverbal communication skills
- Prior management experience
- Ability to work effectively in both an independent and team environment
- Prior expereince working with Dynamics 365
- Prior experience working with Active Directory, VMware, O365, and SAP
