Join our experienced team. Vocelli Pizza franchise of 20+ years is seeking experienced Shift Managers and Assistant Managers to lead us in continuing our high performance standards. We hire friendly people who show the above and beyond customer service attitude. Job openings for our stores are located in Kittanning, Sarver, Vandergrift.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Enforces all Vocelli Pizza policies and standards

- Ensures 100% customer satisfaction, correcting problems as they occur

- Manage team members to achieve food and labor cost goals.

- Implements training programs as directed by General Manager

- Provides a safe and enjoyable work environment

- Sets the example for procedural operations, cleanliness and organization

- Positive attitude and show ability to communicate with staff and managers

- Leadership skills in regard to leading staff through stressful times with a calm collected attitude.

- Gives feedback on the job performance of all reporting associates

- Possesses necessary time management skills

Physical Requirements:

- Required to stand for extended periods of time. Able to lift 50 lbs.
