Apex Systems - Marketing Analyst II
Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to join and coordinate. This position provides the functional and analyst support gathering requirements and capturing implementation needs for the supporting tools and processes to the CRM. This role will capture the companies needs and transfer them into working documents for the Global Refinish business.Responsibilities:
- Analytics
- Maintain and govern standards.
- Manage SOPs and other user documentation.
- Establishes expectations for system users.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong communication skills - written, oral, public speaking.
- Technical support experience desired.
- Data analysis experience.
Location: 100% remote
