Mitigation Project Manager

Due to significant growth, Prime Restoration & Remediation, LLC is currently seeking motivated people to join our team in our RI and MA offices. We specialize in 24/7 residential and commercial cleanups including water extraction, drying and dehumidification; fire and smoke damage restoration; mold and mildew mitigation services; and storm response services for losses in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island.

Position Available: Mitigation Project Manager

Requirements:

2 years’ direct experience in the operations of drying, restoration equipment including but not limited to: dehumidifiers, air movers, extraction equipment, HEPA filtered equipment and other remediation equipment

Knowledge of Xactimate

Valid driver’s license, good driving record, experience in driving large cube trucks, and tow trailers, and ability to obtain a DOT card

Reliable transportation (to and from our office)

Must be able to pass a background check

Availability for on-call shifts, nights, weekends and long hours during the busy season. Work on holidays may be required

Valid high school diploma

Must communicate clearly and appropriately with customers and interested 3rd parties

Professional appearance, demeanor and work ethic

Ability to oversee crews of 3 or more per job

Strong computer skills and mobile device knowledge

IICRC certifications such as WRT, ASD and/or FST or willingness to obtain it in the future

Construction experience

OSHA certifications

USDOT medical examiner’s card

Strong knowledge of Xactimate

Strong knowledge of third-party administrator programs

Bi-lingual a plus
