I am buying a small mobil home park and 3 to 4 four houses in this zip code. I am looking for a responsible, trust worthy person to assist me with property management, handy man service and more. I currently live in Virginia and am looking to build a relationship with someone local. The park is currently being rented out, but it has not been taken care of in a while.
