Gifting Agent Resort Liaison

Job Description

Selling discount tickets to guests and owners staying at the resort. Communicating to families who dont qualify to tour under our Marketing Timeshare Promotion that they dont qualify and explaining to them the reason why they dont qualify. DUTIES

Open the safe and remove money from the bag. Compare the inventory with what was there on the previous shift. Make sure cash and tickets balance. Open the terminals being used and input inventory into the POS System. All inventories should be filled out on a Daily Inventory Worksheet for beginning and ending of each shift. Fill out NQ Money Reconciliation Form for the amount of money given to the Marketing Liaison. Make sure the Marketing Liaison signs for it. Prepare workstation for the day. Make sure the Gifting Office has neat and clean appearance. Over at the tour desk is where families that are going to be NQD will be. Liaison will give a copy of the invite for any family that needs to be NQD. Family will be given their deposit back and will sign for receipt of it. It is the responsibility of the Marketing Liaison to try and save the tour. If they have items such as an I.D. or credit card, etc., in their car that they forgot to bring in the Liaison is to encourage them to get it and try to save the tour. Gift customers at the end of their timeshare presentation. Sell discount tickets. Provide basic directions, maps, coupon books, and information. Make show reservations. Complete paper work in an accurate manner. Make sure copies of all shift end receipts are filed properly with daily paper work. Balance Money and tickets. Turn off the lights, unplug any heaters or fans, and lock all safes and doors.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School Diploma; and/ or up to 6 months cash handling experience; and 6 months computer experienceor equivalent combination of education and experience.LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondences. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other team members of the organization.
