PCA needed for high functioning teen

Need energetic, calm, and reliable person to be a PCA. Clean background check. Hours vary depending on schedule each week. Reliable transportation a must.

I Prefer a person who understands and has experience with high functioning autism. No job experience required though.

Some behavioral issues infrequently when frustrated.

Bilingual: Spanish and English speaker preferred.

Job includes:

shadowing as she works on independence.

Supervision during cooking and out in the community, etc

Reminders for her schedule

Encouragement when she’s struggling

Able to follow instructions on teen’s needs

The PCA needs a clean driving record, insurance, clean background check, no substance abuse. Ideal candidate will be friendly, cheerful, encouraging, understanding, reliable, professional, and kind. Someone who is physically active and able to be active with client would be best.
