Duties include: preparing all tag and title paperwork with a strong knowledge of Tennessee Motor Vehicle tag and title policies; assemble customer loan packages for submission to lenders for contract funding; maintain and be responsible for collection of vehicle receivables; excellent customer service and communication skills; perform other office duties as needed.
