Since 1961, Wright Brothers Contracting Inc. of Charleston, TN has provided excavation and site construction services on public and private projects in the southeast. With one of the largest construction equipment fleets in the U.S., we use high quality, GPS-equipped equipment to maximize efficiency on our projects.

We have an immediate opening for a GPS-proficient Finish Dozer Operator with at least 10 years of experience utilizing GPS grade control systems to work on projects throughout the Southern region. Travel to projects will be required and candidates will need reliable transportation to travel to the job sites. Lodging will be provided.

Potential advancement opportunities to employees showing dependable attendance and good work ethic include training into crew foreman and superintendent positions.

Wright Brothers offers competitive pay with benefits such as Holiday Pay, Vacation Time, Health Insurance options, and 401K with company match. Pay rate will be based on previous work experience. Work hours will include significant overtime hours.
