job summary:

• Provide hands-on support to our development teams and Game Development Management
• Assist leads and producers in developing and maintaining personnel pipelines including reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding training
• Facilitate communication across teams
• Maintain administrative development schedules and track tasks and progress to meet milestones and deadlines
• Assist assigned production staff in any tasks they need to run their feature/discipline teams effectively
• Maintain high information flow across different disciplines and production
• Handle interdepartmental communication related to administrative or personnel-related initiatives on behalf of development teams
• Help make our games better by participating in internal playtests and communicating feedback to the relevant stakeholders
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
