Genesis10 is currently seeking a Program Manager with our client in the SEO industry in their Austin location. This is a 12 month + contract position. Description:

• Global Networking is an organization of approximately 1400 FTEs that enables the world's imagination with dependable, universal connectivity to our client customers and employees

Responsibilities:

• This temp is requested to provide project manager/coordination support planning for GGN and Resource Management actions to address recommendations from the action teams related to work/life balance.
• Requires basic project/program management fundamentals, effective writing, stakeholder management and communication skills, as well as respect for confidentiality of content.
• Project management - track and communicate progress, escalate risks and issues as needed
• Communication - interact with Geist action team to share updates and receive recommendations to assist
• Meeting preparation and facilitation - plan agenda, prepare materials, and facilitate weekly project meetings

Qualifications:

• BS in Business-related degree
• 5+ years' experience in project management specifically responsible for internal business processes and tools
• 3+ years utilizing Jira for project and/or portfolio management
• 5+ years High degree of business acumen to translate business strategy into tangible actions,
• 5+ years of strong influencing skills at senior levels across the organization
• Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)

Desired:

• Experience with OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) would be strongly preferred
• Formal communication experience to large audiences also preferred
