HVAC TECHNICIAN WANTED - Full Time

Growing and need more HVAC Technicians year around.

We are a successful, local, family owned HVAC Company with 30+years experience serving Austin and the surrounding area. We understand that true excellence can only be achieved through the hiring of exceptional people. This is why we seek the most professional, skilled and ethical candidates. We are able to keep our technicians year around (not just the summer season), and are looking for another talented tech with good work ethic and integrity to join our team long term.

[Installs/Start-Up, Refrigeration and Commercial experience a plus but not required]

REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- 2+ years experience in diagnostics and repair

- EPA certified

- Must have a valid drivers license

- Must speak, read, and write English

- Write maintenance and sales agreements

- Work emergency calls (rotation on call schedules)

- Must be able to work in extreme environment (attics, etc)

- Have a high school diploma or GED

- Ability to handle physical workload

- Work well with co-workers

- Must be proficient and put together

- Must have great customer service skills and attention to detail

- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams

- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements

- Perform routine preventative maintenance
